Earlier, New York Attorney General Letitia James sued Grayscale owner Silbert for fraudulent actions against more than 230,000 investors worth more than $1 billion. In turn, DCG and Silbert denied all charges.

DCG Senior Vice President of Operations Matt Comell and Grayscale Chief Financial Officer Edward McGuinness will also join the board of directors in the near future.

A Grayscale official said the company is pleased to welcome Mark Schifke, Matt Camille and Edward McGee to the Grayscale board of Directors. It was also noted that the company is preparing for a new stage of its development.
