The deal and financing give RACA the opportunity to continue moving towards the main goal — to become an extensive Web3 gaming ecosystem.

The RACA company (formerly Radio Caca) was founded in 2021 and has its own RACA token (Radio Caca Token or RACA Coin), and began its activity as a manager of non-interchangeable tokens (NFT) of Maya Musk, Elon Musk’s mother.

At this stage, the company positions itself as a decentralized autonomous organization that establishes cooperation with the world’s leading universities in order to create a metaverse for teaching students and in a playful way. RACA has a large and experienced development team, thanks to which it has become the leading provider of Web3 solutions on the market.

The company has already launched R3 games, a SimCity-style USM.WORLD sandbox game, a Looki Looki Jazzi party game, a DID JAZ cross-gaming wallet and an NFT trading platform.

DWF Labs is one of the active investors in the bear market of cryptocurrencies. The company recently invested $20 million in the Synthetix online liquidity and derivatives trading protocol and $40 million in the infrastructure of intelligent autonomous services Fetch.ai .

At the same time, over the past 24 hours, the RACA token has increased in price by 50% to $ 0.27, then falling to $ 0.23.
