The headquarters of the droppGroup software developer is located in the USA (New York) and has an official representative office in Saudi Arabia. The company has extensive technical expertise and a wide technological stack of technologies for creating Web3 applications. So, droppGroup business cases include developments on traditional blockchain, augmented reality (XR), machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), and the launch of metaverses.

Under the terms of the partnership agreement, droppGroup specialists will develop Web3 applications based on blockchain technology for Saudi Aramco employees. The implementation plans include tools for the potential adaptation of new specialists, programs for training, motivation and rewards, as well as a native tokenized network.

Such a partnership in the field of blockchain technologies is far from the first for Saudi Aramco. In 2020, the industrial giant joined Vakt, a blockchain platform for post-trade processing of goods, as an investor. The total investment of the Saudi corporation then amounted to $ 5 million.

Recall that earlier in 2022 there were rumors that Saudi Aramco plans to mine BTC, but this information was later refuted. The company clarified that its plans include the development of its own blockchain business.
