Radix Bottlenose adds AccountLockers for token routing

May 20, 2024
DeFi and Web3 platform Radix has proposed an update to its Bottlenose protocol to its node governance community.

The update is set to be unveiled on June 3rd. One of the key features of the update will be the introduction of AccountLockers. These are token vaults that can accept or reject token deposits.

AccountLockers are designed to prevent unwanted deposits and streamline dApp accounting. Other features of Bottlenose include improvements to the API and Radix Engine, as well as the addition of a fee recovery vault. These innovations will eliminate the need to lock third-party fees during account recovery
